*$100.00 minimum opening deposit for Perfect Choice Checking Account. This is a multi-tiered variable rate account.
That means that we will apply a different interest rate and annual percentage yield (“APY”) to your account based
on certain “eligibility requirements” and balance tiers as follows: Interest rate and APY may change at our discretion,
including as often as daily. When the monthly account eligibility requirements are met, the interest rate and
corresponding APY on your account will be: 3.44% (3.50% APY) on balances between $0 - $25,000.01 and 1.49% (1.50% APY)
on balances between $25,000.01 and above. When the monthly account eligibility requirements are NOT met, the interest rate
and corresponding APY on your account will be: 0.10% on all balances. Please see the Service Fee Schedule for
additional fees and charges that may apply to your account. If you have met your eligibility requirements for the
month, we will refund domestic ATM fees up to $5.00 per transaction and $20.00 per qualification cycle.
Perfect Choice Checking eligibility: Must have a valid email address, and receive your statements electronically
each month using a Tri Counties Bank on-line banking venue. Must have one Direct-Deposit, or make one ACH debit,
or one electronic TCB BillPay transaction during each qualification cycle. Must make 12 check card point-of-sale
transactions per qualification cycle. “Qualification cycle” means a period beginning one business day prior to
the first day of the current statement cycle through one business day prior to the close of the current
