Board of Directors

In 1974, a group of local businessmen and ranchers came together to organize a local, independent bank that would serve the financial needs of the community. In 1975, 13 members of this group formed Tri Counties Bank's first Board of Directors. Subsequently, in 1981, they formed, and began serving as the Board of Directors on TriCo Bancshares, a holding company with the Bank as its sole subsidiary. Today, there are 11 members of the Holding Company and the Bank Boards including 2 Charter Members. Additionally, charter members Sankey M. Hall, Jr., Everett B. Beich and Wendell J. Lundberg are standing Director Emeriti.
